  Sabine and Melanie were amazing. Sabine is a ninja. I had the best day. Pretty stoked that this review is public. Happy to admit that I'm converted to the ways of the pamper. (Pic unrelated except that this place and this car are both dope af)

  4. Products - The products they use here are cheap. I don't have any allergies to products or sensitive skin, however after i had the facial my skin broke out severely and had to go see a skin specialist costing me time and money.

  1. Facilities - Don't bother paying for facilities. The spa and sauna are old, positioned around the side of the house where you feel like you're just at a mates spa. It was odd. Also not so hygienic, it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The sauna is suitable for 1 x person.

  I'm a business owner myself and was so looking forward to spending the day at a spa to rejuvenate. However was left disappointed with the value for money.

  The spa is located right at the front gate as people walk in not private at all. The sauna is a little box that can only fit 2 people in and have no leg room.

  We asked for meadium firm massage it’s was terrible we just got lots of oil rubbed on us the whole time,was not a massage at all, 40mins of our massage we were just lying there waiting, they would put a towel on us than walk away than come back and spray some mist on us than walk away than come back and just push on our back a bit than walk away and sounded like they were washing dishes or something. Facial was meant to be 60mins it was the worst just rubbed lots of oil on our face and wiped it off with a wet towel. We walked away wanting a massage. We defiantly did not receive what we paid for. The “ masseuse” didn’t even know what they were doing.

  3. Massage - The misuse was hopeless! I requested medium to firm and had informed her mid massage to please be more firm and the entire massage it was as if she was just rubbing oil into my skin. She didn't seem very trained as she didn't make any attempt to work on the problem areas in my back. My partner complained of the same, waste of money!

  It's very small and just not what i imagined. The main pool is nice along with the treatment rooms.

  Took my wife here for our 1st valentines day together as husband and wife. Really nice place. Good atmosphere and music. I felt peaceful.

  What a lovely experience. Celebrated my sisters birthday with a great massage, in beautiful surrounds professional staff and finish with a fruit & chocolate fondue. Feeling very pampered.

  2. Privacy - At a spa it's nice to feel relaxed and private, and i'm sure they were trying to cut on staff costs but they had our spa time the same as another couple, so we would do spa together, pool together, and begin our treatments together. Just didn't feel very private and relaxing.

  5. Food - The food was nice, i enjoyed the sandwiches, however request to eat after your massage as they feed you 20 minutes before going into a massage, bad idea for a number of reasons.
